If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, you may request a replacement or full refund.
 To process your request quickly:

  • Share a clear unboxing video showing the damage

  • Submit the video within 24 hours of receiving your order

This helps us verify the issue and resolve it swiftly.

If your order is not delivered within 30 working days (excluding delays due to natural disasters, customs, or other factors beyond our control), you can request a refund.
